Introducing the Citrus College Athlete of the Week, presented by Raising Cane's for the week of March 30-April 5, Jordan Daniels!

Sophomore outfielder/first baseman Jordan Daniels helped Citrus College secure a 2-1 series win over LA Mission College last week.

Daniels went combined 5-for-13 at the plate, recording a home run and a double while scoring five runs and driving in four. He also added two stolen bases and a walk over the three-game stretch.

Defensively, Daniels contributed four putouts and one assist.

For the season, Daniels is batting .336 with 36 hits, 29 runs scored and 29 RBIs. He has nine doubles, five home runs — the second-most on the team — seven stolen bases and 18 walks, along with a .987 fielding percentage.

Citrus College improved to 23-10 overall and 10-4 in conference play. The Owls are ranked No. 13 in the state and will face LA Valley and West LA in their final regular-season series.
