Men's Soccer played a Southern California Regional match against Victor Valley on the road Tuesday. The Owls returned home with a loss, falling to the Rams 1-3.
Imer Figueroa was the lone goal scorer for Citrus, finding the back of the net as regulation time wound down in the 87th minute. The Owl Captain also took another 2 shots on goal in the effort. Sergio Gonzalez, Andres Garcia-Fuentes, Cadlow Guevara and Isaias Mondragon each took 2 shots on goal as well, and Darold Rose added another shot to the Citrus tally. Goalie Edward Youssef recorded 7 saves in the loss.
Citrus falls to 0-6 in 2019. The guys lace them up again Friday when they head to San Bernardino for a 4:00 game.
