Citrus College couldn't overcome undefeated Palomar College, falling 102-51 on the second day of the Cypress Tournament.
The Owls slip to 3-5 on the year, while the South's top-ranked Comets remain perfect at 8-0.
As a team, Citrus shot 41.5-percent from the floor, but only two Owls finished the game in double figures. Reanne Reola led Citrus with 14 points, while Giselle Garcia-Nunez chipped in 11 points (4-for-7).
The Owls close out the Cypress Tournament on Sunday, tipping off at 5 p.m. against Orange Coast College.
