In its final Western State Conference road game, No. 22-ranked Citrus College came up just short in a 75-74 overtime loss to Antelope Valley College Wednesday night.
The Owls slip to 19-8 overall and 9-4 in conference, while the Marauders improve to 17-10 on the year, 9-4 in WSC play.
Three Owls finished the night in double figures with Jolleen Olia (8-for-20) and Kristin Morella (9-for-18) each contributing 19 points. Sammy Martinez chipped in 15 points on 7-of-14 shooting.
Citrus looks to regroup for its last game of the regular season on Friday, hosting West LA at 7 p.m.
